StellCap is a treasury outsourcing company (“TOC”) and a licensed financial service provider (“FSP”) in terms of section 8 of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Act (Act No. 37 of 2002). StellCap was incorporated on 30 January 2017 and commenced operations on the 2nd of May 2017. StellCap is a category 1 FSP (No. 48127) authorised for advice and intermediary services in the following categories: money market instruments, derivative instruments, long-term deposits, short-term deposits and structured deposits. StellCap is approved as a foreign exchange service provider by the South African Reserve Bank (App. No. 1123).
